Stephan Schmidt is a specialist lawyer for IT law and founding partner of the law firm TCI Rechtsanwälte. He has been advising national and international companies and the public sector on IT contract, IT procurement and IT security law issues for almost 20 years. Although he cannot code himself, he is characterized by his deep technical understanding and industry knowledge. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Information Technology section of the German Bar Association.
