Marc Löffler is a keynote speaker, author and mentor for passionate Scrum Masters. He has been passionately involved with agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and eXtreme Programming since 2005. Before he came into contact with the topic of agility, he successfully managed multinational projects as a certified project manager (IPMA) at companies such as Volkswagen, Siemens and EADS. He is passionate about helping companies to understand agile values and to find exactly the form of agility that suits the respective company. He uses his PASSION model to analyze the situation and define meaningful next steps towards a passionate, agile organization. He loves to generate new insights and supports companies in looking at problems from creative, new angles. 

Since September 2018 he is a certified Professional Speaker GSA (SHB) with the best keynote of his year. In 2014, his book "Retrospektiven in der Praxis" was published by dpunkt.verlag.
