How to fail your agile transformation successfully
Just imagine: Your company finally wants to become agile too. The management expects better products, a better time to market (TTM) - and finally projects that stay on time and within budget. But although everything has been implemented according to the textbook, none of the expectations are being met. The agile coaches and scrum masters desperately try one tool after another, but none of them have the desired effect. Little by little, the company reverts back to its original way of working, and in the end the message is: Agility doesn't work for us.
In my presentation, I will show you the causes of these problems and a way in which you can still be successful in the end. I will use numerous examples from my worst-practice experience to show you what mistakes companies make and what you can learn from them.
